  • ​2025 Life Time Membership Award went to Gary Burns  who served as Mayor for the SV of Horseshoe Bay for over 20 years,  as well, served on the ASVA as one of the Board of Directors for many years, until retiring in early 2025.   Congratulations Gary!
  • 2025 McIntosh Bulrush Award ​​went to the SV of Birchcliff, who developed and implemented a Climate Change Plan that was adopted in 2023,  a 2 year initiative in partnership with Climate Caucus of Canada, and the Summer Villages of Jarvis Bay and Norglenwold.  Mayor Roger Dufresne accepted the award from ASVA President Mike Pashak.  Congratulations!
